I have not received my flight info or I need to change my flight details You will ONLY be receiving your flight information via email. If you did not get the email, accidentally deleted it or need to make a flight change email Chrisie Chetrit at chetritc@att.net. Or you can call her at 800-443-4644.

Your return flight MUST be from Miami to the airport you originally came from. If you live within 200 miles of the event it will be your responsibility to get yourself there. Scion will not be flying you if you live within 200 miles.

I have not received my mailed packet or my room confirmation email
I just got word that EVERYONE should have their mailed packet by Friday, December 11th. They have all been sent out on Scion's end.

Also, the hotel is going to start emailing room confirmations soon. Everyone should receive an email with room confirmations in it by Friday as well.

If you are a winner and you have NOT received your mailed packet or hotel room confirmation email by this Saturday (12/9) then you will need to send an email to jason@beyondmg.com. ONLY email him if the packet has not arrived or if you did not get your room email, not for ANY OTHER reason.

ok, just searched for this and didnt see it, if its out there and i missed it, i apologize in advance...

the hotel check in is at 4pm, has scion arranged it so that we can be able to check in a little early or do we have to wait till 4pm???

 

thats a good question....call the hotel and ask for early check in

 

most hotels I've stayed at will let you check in as soon as the room has been cleaned but they can't guarantee that they will get all the rooms ready before four. I would go ahead and go straight to the hotel and try to check in and if your room isn't ready they can hold your luggage and if you ask they will probably let you use a bathroom to change clothes or put on a bathing suit to hit the pool or beach.

 

Cody's right on that. First there get the first rooms ready, etc. They won't guarantee any rooms ready before for, but ALL should be ready by four. If you are early, drop into the hotel and check in. If your room isn't ready they will take care of your luggage, etc.

There may even be dressing rooms for the saunas/showers/pools, etc.

Hmmmmm... *looks at clock* Six hours 'til I leave for the airport...

What happened with Sobe live? Is Tony Touch still going to be at the Shore Club? at least its over at 2... gives me time to sleep for 2 hours before i have to be at the airport for my 650 am flight
