I test drove one today and it took off fine but when i got around the block it acted wierd... It felt like i was taking off in 2nd gear when i was really taking off in 1st... I let the owner of the car take me for a ride and he couldtn even get it to go... he rev'd the engine up and dumped the clutch and it did a little wheel chirp.... when he tried again it just put putted like he put it in 3rd gear and let off the clutch..( the car would not move forward one inch).. we realized that the car wouldnt even roll when we put it in neutral without the e-brake on and i ended up leaving and having to think about purcasing the car... i later got a phone call from the owner saying he put it in reverse and it drove off and now it drives fine... My Question is what would cause this and would it eventually get worse how do i fix this how much would it cost?

The Syncros are Fuuk-ed don't even bother getting it, its not worth the trouble. who ever had it before drifted the shizz out of it and its on its last leg... IMO
