I dediced to just go out and buy a new PS2 from Best Buy so I could get FFXII. I played for about 10 hours this weekend. It gave me a good taste of the game and I love it. The licensing is really complex and somewhat aggrivating in the beginning, but I really like how it works now. I can't wait to get off work so I can go home and play some more before the fiance gets off work. When she gets home, I have to switch to the guitar controller so she can play Guitar Hero II.

Chrono Trigger---> Lavos

FF7--Cloud, yes. Side-quest battles: Ruby Weapon in the desert around the Golden Saucer, and Emerald Weapon underwater near that sucken ship.

/\/\ Square came out with Final Fantasy Chronicles about two or so years ago which had 2 games in it. Final Fantasy IV and Chrono Trigger. Both the games were 100% in tact with only the addition of CG cinema scenes in FFIV and cartoon cut scenes in CT (cartoon portions of the game were brought to us by the good people behind DragonBallZ.

Oh oh, you may be thinking of Chrono Cross which was on the PS1. Was sorta a semi-seqel but no one really thought of it as so.

well we need to send out a letter to squaresoft so that they can remake chrono trigger for the ps3.....but they better keep the gameplay since i think was the best part of the game......to me chrono trigger was the most free-roaming game ever up until the days of gta3........i totally love those two games

Chrono Trigger Was Awesome. One of my favorite RPG's EVER. As For FF12 Im Hooked On It As Well. Been 15 Hours Into It So Far. Got Everyone In My Party. Its Going To Get Wild Now.

I've been playing Guitar Hero II during the week and FF on the weekends. Works out better that way because the fiance works on the weekends. It gives me time to actually sit down and grind for a few hours.
