ATL ZOO could lose Panda's
I have some great friends that want to help the zoo keep their main attraction and we could use your help. This is the info that I have so far of how we are going to try and help the zoo. Please let me know if you want to be a part of it.
I haven’t been able to reach many of you to let you know about our exciting news so I thought a quick email would be the best way to get to everyone at once!
Sadly our own Zoo ATL is facing a very real opportunity of losing the Giant Pandas. The lease with China is up and much money needs to be raised to extend it.
I don’t know how many of you know, but the Panda’s are the zoo’s MAIN attraction and if they are gone….there is also a very real chance that we could lose the zoo all together.
I called them on Monday and offered to help by doing a Healthy Chocolate Gala…(fundraiser) to help raise funds. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect from my offer (I was really going out on a limb)…
But they said YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So…..for all of you that are interested in using this XO-LOVE opportunity to save your pandas, help your community, and to boost your business....here it is!!!!
We should get lots of new leads and we should be able to order lots of chocolate for the event that will in turn boost our volume.
We will discuss details more as we get it all put together.
For now, some things that we can all be thinking about:
1.We need a catchy theme that will tie Saving Pandas and Healthy Chocolate together…..
2.We need to think about entertainment for the night. If you know any “big name” folks that may donate their time for a half hour or more….please call me!!
I am going to contact some of our upline to see about their participation as well. The MORE and excellent reasons that people have to come…the better!!!
3.Ways to “promote” during the event. (give always, follow-ups, etc)
4.Anything to make the night more exciting, fun, or give people more reasons to come!!!!
5.Any great “promotional item” ideas~!
6.Any companies that may donate to the cause…(it is a 501C3)
I am really grateful that we have such an awesome and active team because it will take several of us to pull this off and to make it really successful!
Please start keeping a notebook with ideas and/or email me when you think of anything new.
I will try to touch on it some tonight at Mason’s before or after the Tasting…..
**** We need to make this event REALLY SHINE!!!!!!! It can open up MUCH media coverage, show the legitimacy of our company, and open us up for many more opportunities like this one that will only continue to make us grow!
