Default Bad pet food

Ok... we've all got pets.... 2 dogs and a cat here.
1 dogs suffering from recent events or RENEL FAILURE & Kidney problems.......we've been feeding her what was now blacklisted from the shelves.

Is anyone else suffering thru this with their pets..or lost pets bcuz of this?

it's just the wet food, your pets don't need to starve.
btw, all the brands on the list are pretty poor quality food, switching to better food, especially if you have sick animals would be good.

i have a 6 month old puppy and we were feeding her eukanuba... which i never regarded as cheap quality... i feed the puppy food to my last dog b4 i switched to science diet for the adult and senior formulas...
we threw out all the wet food we had and the half bag of dry food regardless of production dates or locations, b/c we werent going to take any risks with the cans and had heard that there was a possibility that there might have been a bad dry batch...

the thing that got to me the most is the ppl that complained or lost pets and wanted someone to be held accountable for the loss of a family member... were told that they are merely possessions and were disgarded as though they were just objects...

both are pretty poor quality though.
I know science diet is recommended by vets, but did you notice it's cuz they sell it themselves? I worked a pet store for 2.5 years, got to know all the foods, i read all the ingredients.
I do about a 1/3 raw with my dogs, but i do mostly dry.

Only brands I'll buy:
#1 Innova (usually innova evo)
Timberwolf
Solid Gold

minimum 26% protein, as high as 40% even.

sometimes i'll buy merrick canned foods, but would rather not.
the crappiest food I'd think about getting is wellness or puppy royal canin.

while I know these bags of food cost more($45-60 for 35lbs), once you get past the 2 week break in period, your dog will not stink half as bad, poop half as much, and you feed them a whole lot less.

I personally wouldn't do raw if the little lady wasn't so crazy about her dogs, just because of the stink in the house.

HELL YES
you can easily tell dogs that smell "bad" are given poor food.
dogs don't digest carbs that well, and feeding them corn or wheat laden food(like the brands you mentioned) will get you that classic dog stink, that's easily apparent even an hour after a bath.

it has nothing to do with bathing, it's just that poor food seeping through their pores, and resting in their intestines.

It's a big reason why humans think other humans of different races stink. I mostly work with foreign-asians, who eat rice/seaweed/noodles/seafood as 90% of their diet. Things that don't constitute but 5% of my diet. They smell different to me because my sweat, skin, stomach and intestine contents are very different, and I can sure as hell tell when it was one of these asian people that used the sh!tter in my work's bathrooms instead of one of the few americans i work with.

"we are what we eat."

Ive had to switch all the animals to the presciption dog/cat food for renal failure and kidney problems...3 bucks for a can of that stuff. The cat is fixing to start getting canned tuna, and the dogs some Dinty Moor beef stew....(they'll have heart attacks from all the fat)

Tuna is a very bad idea for cats. They can get hooked on it and refuse to eat anything else, and it might prompt a visit to the vet for IV treatment....that is of course if you don't strangle the dam thing for crying at all hours of the night in hunger while it waits for more tuna.

wait...bad food seeping through their pores? dogs don't sweat, they don't have pores, that is why they pant. can you explain that to me alittle clearer?
