IMO, the car in question is not Rice at all. It's not very tasteful, however, it's not Rice. Some people mistake what they don't like as being RICE, instead of what Rice really is. There is a difference between Rice, and you just merely not liking a car.

IMO

Rice = having hood pins on a stock hood
Rice = having Vtec on the side of a Civic Dx
Rice = having GTR badges on a mid 90's Celica or any car for that mater other than the designated one.

Rice = having Type R on your Mustang
Rice = having 10 feet tall Alumminum wings on ANY car.

etc...I could go on and on.
Hey, its the truth. I went to that site, i see more tcs/xbs/xas that can fall under the "rice" name than that site. The car specifically linked is poorly done in my opinion, but hes also sponsored so there could be reasons as to why he has some of the mods he does.

people are so quick to call things rice....

rice to me, is something TACKY, like putting a wing on a car that has 5 different color pieces of fiberglass stoled from a junk yard.

THIS car is just TOO much, it looks nice, but it's just TOO BUSY looking, that's all.

Did you post them in the "Spot the Rice thread"?

Theres one xb in there that someone else posted, and i think another scion towards the beginning. I'm not going to post scions from this community up that i feel are riced because i don't want to offend anyone and start this huge ordeal with other drivers. If someone else wants to, go ahead but i'm not.

Then PM me those scion's, cause I would like to see what you consider Rice. Again, to me, Rice is not something you just don't like. Rice to me, is trying to be something you are not.

Show cars are not Rice....They might be ugly to you, but that does not qualify them as Rice.

I know what rice is, my opinion of a car i don't like doesn't mean its rice. For instance, i don't think the car specifically mentioned above is rice but i do think there is way too much going on, and it was poorly done.
