Default Buying another tC

Ok so Im fed up with my tC mostly because I was a dumba$$ and chose auto when I knew I was gonna want speed in the end. At the moment I dont have my license because it was suspended for something completely unrelated to traffic (damn laws). Anyways I cant drive and havent been until December of this year. What I was originally gonna do was save my money up and buy the Dezod Auto Turbo kit for $4999 with their exhaust. Even though it comes with a tranny cooler and even though I have one already installed I still fear that the tranny might not be able to handle it. So heres my plan. This tC is on both my fathers and my name. Since my license was suspended I havent been using it therefore I havent been paying for it. Right now I work and live in New Mexico but the car is here in VA with my parents so they are using it. So I offered to give him my tC and he gladly accepted since it basically isnt mine anymore. What I want to do is buy a new one but a 5spd for sure. I want to get it with no options whatsoever except maybe the floor mats and cargo liner. I have a pretty decent job and am on salary making $2k a month. In 6 months I should have quite a bit of money as it isnt hard for me to save it. So figure $6k saved up as I have a few other expenses and hobbies. Now when I finance this should I (a) put all of it towards a down payment so that it will be easier to save up and buy mods in the future, or (b) finance the whole cost and purchase a nice turbo kit and anything else I might need and just be happy? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

tmi? three mile island?

thats sounds fine as long as you dont pay your own housing expenses.

hrmmm are you going to jsut turbo and that all or make it nice...

if its the latter go with the tuner one thats coming out because its a little cheaper and you can do a whole lot more to it.... unless you like the features... and the 07s are nice.

Lol yes but I want something new and not over $20k. I like new cars. Would the tuner editions be out around that time you think? As much as I love the features of the tC Id be willing to sacrifice a few if that would make it easier for me to mod the heck out of it.

you can do no more to the "tuner" tC than the normal one, personaly, the price differnence isnt enough for the drastic losses in options.

No I dont feel as it is worth it either to lose all those things. I really like dual auto power windows, the sunroof opening up, and the other stuff so I think I'll just get an 07 and keep it all plain.

put it all down... that way you'll finance a lot less.. your payments will be minimal and you'd be able to get the turbo or whatever else in no time...
no sense paying extra in intrest than you have to on your car
