When this year started, I was a workout fiend! For four days a week I would go to school (8-10), then straight to the gym (10:30-12:30), then right to work (1-9) and
my job is a physical one.

I went from 255lbs to 225lbs in a span of 5 months (Jan to May) without really changing my eaiting habits or going on those meal replacement diets. But the I moved to O-Town, and things got a little shaky.

But, I've got a new plan now and hopefully it'll work. Starting this month, I began walking to the gym since its only a mile away, and working out four days a week (Tues, Thurs, Sat and Sun) and I'm going to try changing my eating habits (not that their bad, but they sure ain't good).

December is a weird month to start though since Chrismas is coming up, which make for another holiday dinner....

man i do miss the time i had in college. I worked out a lot! I was highly active about 80% of the day. I was down to 7.1% body fat! Im shocked you couldn't get the 6 pack Boxter I had much more than that at 7.1

Hey, what's that saying? 80% diet/20% workout? Could never remember

Just recently I went to CHILIS the restaurant. My girlfriend is lactose intolerant and I asked for a copy of their menu to find which foods contained milk or milk products. I was really surprised at which did and didn't.

They really didn't want me to have the nutritional facts of all their foods. Its pretty bad eating their

Any of you ever eat an AWESOME BLOSSOM - it s loaded with salt and fat
6360 milligrams of salt
203 grams of fat wow thats bad

I have the whole menu so if you have any questions about menu items please ask.

Dont be afraid to ask for the menu when u go out.

uh oh....*dun dun dun dun*....could you tell me the nutritional facts of the cajun chicken pasta? I always eat that when I go. It doesn't seem like it could be THAT bad.

Also...I've been working out extensively almost everyday. Everyday 30-60 minutes on the inclined treadmill. (I'm trying to get rid of my stomach fat) Every other day I switch up lifting upper and lower body...if my muscles still feel sore, I'll skip lifting weights untill it feels like all the acids are flushed.

Also, is it bad to work out at night then going to bed almost immediately after?

Working out at night is not a huge problem. But as soon as your done lifting you need to replenish your muscles with proper fuel. I like to use a sports drink called ENDUROX R4. great for pre and post workouts. Be careful what you consume before you go to bed. You don't want food to have a stuffed belly when going to bed.

I don't remember the time frame for eating to bedtime, but your body digests the fastest when you wake up and steadily slows down as the waking hours progress. If you eat before you go to bed, you basically get a big lump in your belly that barely digests properly. Best time for vitamins and such is in the morning as you can fully absorb them quickly and efficiently.
