For me its throwing up in the morning and lots and lots of water. Hangovers are a result of being dehydrated. What works for me is a bagel, pepper jack ,egg, and bacon sandwich. Finally I learned this one from some brazilians, the masters of the party, a glass of sugar water or a syringe full of glycol and apperiently it works if you happen to have a syringe to stick into your arm around.
