Default Help from Electronics Gurus

Hey guys i need to build a circuit to flash three lights (which are on 120VAC) sequentially in a loop (1-2-3-1-2-3). So what exactly would i need? I wanna prototype some sort of controller i can put on the light's housing. I really appreciate your help.

Nah its for some traffic signals (legit off the street) I'm trying to convert into party lights. I found a neat circuit to use but now I'm tryin to figure out how to power it all since the circuit uses DC in/outputs and the lights are AC

I doubt you'll want to use all 120 volts. Look up transformers/rectifiers. Its what all chargers today use, ex. your cell phone chargers. Once you know the right level you want just buy a generic one off of amazon.
