Default Hot Sauce!!! iMUY CALIENTE!

I was eating some pizza right now and realized how much I love hot sauce!!!

The hotter the better for me! I've never met a hot sauce that I didnt like or couldn't handle. But there are definitely some sauces better than others...

Me personally, this is my fav!

Its "Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce". I used to love Tapatio, but this sauce seriously owns it by 1000 times! What about you guys? Any fav's?

yep, that be it, got a bottle sitting on my shelf at home.

great for cooking with it. just add a drop to a big pot of chilli, or to the sauce for my homemade general tso's chicken.

I used to prefer Tapatio, now after another trip to Los Angeles my aunt taught me how to make her Chile Salsa, it might just be peppers and tomatoes, but it's awesome.

Eff that stuff. You gotta get Blair's 16 Million Reserve.
Pure Capsicum crystals. Hottest stuff on earth.

Here's a review.

It's the Asian Hunt's Ketchup!

That 16 mil reserve is ridiculous. It clocks in at 15 - 16 MILLION scoville units if it actually is pure capaicin! The only thing to do with it is make pepper spray. People that eat that are like the same people that bungee jump over alligators covered in chicken, you know, like Stevo and those clowns.

I'm not a fan of hot for hot's sake, I have this silly notion that stuff I eat is supposed to actually taste good. That being said, I love the Chula's hot sauce. Yeah I know, it's like tomato paste to you daredevils, but I don't care, I have more than a 3 taste buds

Oh, by the way, the Habenero is no longer the hottest pepper in the world. The rest of the world has finally discovered the Bhut Jolokia, aka Naga Jolokia from India. > a million scoville heat units.

I went to go put some of that on some noodles the other day... but I couldn't find it. Started to panic a bit, then ran out and bought another bottle. Then of course I found it the next day.... so now I have 2!

Tapatio is still big on my list, but honestly I love the flavor McIlhennys Tabasco sauce gives to just about anything. Not too hot, but flavorful.
