I would go ahead and send them the $88.00, and why you are at it send me $1000.00 and I will sell you an acre of beach front property in Arizona. This is just a scam to get your money! DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY! Hope this helps.

compnays usually don't sponser stock cars either..they want winners or soon to be winners with their logos on them..so if your stock..I wouldn't do it unless they approached you at a show that you did well in...

I was sponsered years(and years) ago by GT Bicycles/Dyno, they wouldn't of approached me if I was brand new without any type of racing record....oh, and they never wanted any money for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they there must be a few different companies like this because I was offered something like that too. you pay 80, and you are put on a list so companies can give you sponsorships. Crap, Crap, Crap I tell you.

yup^^^

I got a call for sponsoredwhips.com

I knew a bit about these things so I was a bit skeptical. It sounded really good when he talking about it (and I almost bought into it because he hadnt mentioned any fees) but as soon as I said I was interested *BAM* "we take Visa, Mastercard, AMEX!!!" They wanted $99 from me, NOT!

and the most important thing. get to be known out there with a good reputation and build your name with your car. you can have the most awesome car but if you have a crappy attitude, you aint goin far at all. As for paying for sponsorship, LOL....... that 88 bucks is per month right?

Sponsorships are for free parts in return for going to events, decals and actually using their products. You never have to pay other than by working hard on your car and going out to public events.

I think these so called sponsorship companies need to be shut down. They haven't produced anything good for the tuner industry.
