Default LEGAL PLEASE

So a banged up a rim on the highway, on a road transition that wasnt marked and sued the company that was responsible, and won... they have appealed, and i need to request work citations and violations from them, and need to know the statute or law that allows me to do this so i get the info. I live in ma and am trying to get work sites that have been worked on and any violations or citations that the company has been cited for. ANY HELP with this would be awesome. I can provide more info if anyone wants, but at this point would like to keep some of the details out of it. I will represent myself, and already beat their lawyer once, they just want some more.

Everything you need can be found at the court house computers.

it will all be in public records for the county, city, state.

a good place to start is at the county recorders office, most are accessible on line.

this is part of what I do for a living, it's easy to get help from the people that work at the county office, just ask them to show you where to look.

Good luck. They should have marked the transition so you could have slowed down. I would be ready to kill if one of my rims got banged up. Stick it to the man!!!
