Now I know why there are so many tricked out classics in Cali. They can't have fun with newer cars.

^^ Basically. That and the older cars (older than 70s?) don't have to pass emissions since they wouldn't be able to unless some serious modifications were made lol.

So glad I'm getting out of California.
