so i went to autozone today to pick up some oil..4 quarts plus a filter..total came to $45 with tax the guy said there having a sale if you buy another quart which will equal to 5 quart you will save $8 so i said what the hack did it came to $35 with tax....5 quarts of mobile 1 oil plus the filter...not bad at all...if it saved me $8 that means i have and extra quart for next time which will save me another $7 on my next change cause i would only have to get 3 quarts...so all in all i saved like $15 all togther...if you think about very good deal..

 

I pay $22 (regular price) for 5 qt. jugs of Mobil 1 full synthetic at Wal-Mart.

o man i tought i did good.....theres no walmark close by me..only target but the same price.....seems like everyone shops at walmart...gonna have to find one..
awell ..i can say in my area i got a good deal..im sure people can get it much cheaper at local stores but i always go to the car stores why i dont know never really applied to me to go to walmart to buy oil didnt think they would have it

when i went to walmart recently they didnt have any but luckily my friend works at pep boys and the 4-quart jug was on sale for $19 and she gave me a military discount lol.

What's the difference between Mobil 1 and other synthetics? In the beginning I don't doubt it was specially formulated and better, but haven't others caught up? I'm asking, because I'm getting an mr2 ready for the track, and we're swapping motors, and right now there's a case of Castrol synthetic lying about. Any reason to go with Mobil 1?

 

Mobil1 synthetic is only a GroupIII oil now..(which means it's not really a synthetic) there are SO many better options out there... go to bobistheoilguy.com and do some research on what would be a good oil for your car
