Default Need your advice...

Well i remember seeing a post on here about Paypal Supporting Theives. Heres my dilema. I bought a Avic D2 off a member on here that goes by "theslayer" or JGarcell. Yeah, paid him $500 bucks. Had all contact w/him till he rcvd the money and completely stopped comm. I feel so stupid for paying him because after i paid him, i saw a post stating NOT to buy from jgarcell. Anyhow, I opened a dispute w/ Paypal, they then closed their investigation and found in my favor but they were only able to recover $9 flippin bucks. They said they will either close his accout or Ooo, send him a warning. So if any of you ran through this experiance, how did you get your money back after Paypal couldn't?

Woah, complain to PayPal about how unfair that is! I thought they were able to get back all your money or at least half even if they, the seller, took the money out of the account.

If you have this guys information call the local cops of where he lives. Or try and get PayPal to release that info. PayPal is starting to seem so wrong but so many people use it for payment now. =\

Yeah, just got off the phone w/ paypal. They can't give out any info, nor can they tap into his bank and get the money, only if its in his paypal account. But he can't close his account until he resolves the dispute, nor can he try and open another one. They said, even though they only got $9, they are going to continue to try and get the rest, or they said i can go to my bank and try and get the money I'll try my bank tomorrow.
