Yes it did. I have tried to stay out of it however, because the President is only one part of a gigantic bureaucratic nightmare machine. And while he/she is an important part, there are more problems than one person can fix. Just my opinion.

Every politician makes promises they cant keep when they are running and even when they are in office.

1. The economy will probably make a small comeback for a while if Clinton goes into office simply because of the name. People will associate that name with a positive looking economy, even if its not so positive in reality. You tell someone enough times they are sick, they will begin to feel sick. Easy as that.

2. Barrack i dont know about, but it doesnt appear like hes been in the "game" long enough to run the country.

3. McCain is just f***ing crazy.

The rest i dont know about honestly to say anything about.

I dont know who im voting for yet, if im even going to vote. People can say that "un-american" but why would i vote for someone just for the sake of voting? Thats just plain stupid.

*sigh* you know what i don't really know who to vote for anymore. the us is not going to get better anytime soon. honestly whoever does come into office, be it barrack, hillary, mccain or yes even ron paul, they are not going to fix this country. they might start the rebuild process, but they wont be the ones to see it through. i have the feeling even i wont be able to enjoy a better US untill my later years. what this country does need is a succesion of true leaders concerned for their people. the current administration and the hopefuls are no better than the people who run latin american countries. both here and there the leaders just lie, cheat and steal. at least there they dont quite hide it. ugh im dissapointed with the US. make no mistake im grateful i was raised here, but i dont see myself staying to long, im going to brazil.

I am in no way saying that Ron Paul can fix anything, but he is the only hope America has to get the ball rolling to true change.
The word change is just like the change you recieve after making a purchace. It has a nice jingle to it, but unless you take action to invest it so that it can grow it is almost useless.

tCTaco, go waste someone else's time. If you can't come in here and make an intellectual contribution then you should leave.

Ok...well how is this..
Vote for Obama, or Hillary or even McCain and see what they will do for you. I am just tryin to lighten things up, but the bottom line is this...Neither one of those canidates really gives a f*ck about you, or the people of this country. The Govt, dosent care about you, the Fed bank dosent care about you, the FBI, CIA, or any other Govt mafia Orginization could care less about you! The only thing they care about is what they have always cared about..CONTROLLING THE WORLD!
So what is there to debate about? Which Canidate will screw you less? Because in the ened, everyone is going to get screwed...well except the ones that are in their club....
I voted for RP and will continue to do so.

So how is that for an intellectual contribution?

You see it as him not being in the game long enough to run the country. I see it as him not being in the game long enough to be corrupt.

Take a look at JFK. He was inexperienced, and he got killed because he tried to change too much. Obama reminds me of JFK, he's seems to be for the people, rather than for himself/the Gov't.

That's why he's getting my vote. End the pointless war, atleast make more of an effort to change things than Bush did, and he's the only candidate (even tho Paul is still running, he stands 0 chance) that doesn't appear to be backed by some former leader (Clinton has, well Clinton and McCain is trying to be buddy buddy with Bush).

Besides, how much change can you have when the leader goes Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton? The only thing that's changing is the economy and right now, we need more than that.

tCTaco...that's more like. Who lit that fire, man?
I understand how you feel. I believe that Ron Paul is the only candidate in the running who is out to turn the government upside down which is what it needs. It is my belief that once the government is upside down the governmental officials without the strong values will not have the strength to hold on and will ultimately fall to their demise.

I know about CFR, but none of that matters since 99.9% of Americans are bigots who will think someone is a terrorist for even believing in such a thing.

The Rockefellers actually have Clinton, Bush, Obama, Hillary, McCain, and every other American under they control because they control the money. They control how much of it is printed and loaned out to the government. The value of paper money is worthless. Sure, it only takes $.34 to print the money, but that doesn't matter when the Rockefellers are renting the money out for it's value plus interest to the government.
"Non-Government" in a way that they don't believe in it's order, but believe in trying to live above the government thus being a "Non-Government" group because they don't feel the choke.

Well, now that we just borrowed trillions of dollars from them we are indebted to them. It's not a good thing to be indebted to them. That's a ruthless nation.

I tell people how I feel about our government all the time and they think I am a conspiracy theorist. I feel sorry for them because they either aren't educated or would rather live blindly. I don't think I'd like to live anywhere else in the world, but I want to get the government back to it's fundamentals and away from big government that allows corporations to shape our country's future.

I'm sorry but it's a pointless fight. The CFR are the ones who pick the presidential candidates. The only top candidate running is Ron Paul (and that includes all the others who backed out). The problem is, the CFR controls us and we give them what they want. Then the public sees anyone like you, as a threat. It's a system that needed to be taken out in the 60's when JFK had the chance, but he was assassinated. He was trying to change things just as Ron Paul would be doing today. But what makes you think Ron Paul would last more than a month in office before assassinated?

My friend is like that and I feel sorry for him. He thinks his father is some kind of genius and will only listen/believe what his father believes. And his father is the typical Fox News watching, republican bigot that is ruining this country.

I tried to have a good debate with him about the election, but all he could say was "BUSH KILLED TERRORISTS! 9/11! TERRORISM!!". Oh yea, he also thought Gulliani would have been, in his words, "one of the best leaders since Reagen."
