you won't go to jail... but you have the option or jail or community service and what not, especially if you don't want to pay the fines. Let us know how this goes...

the only thing I am worried about is losing my license and having to get SR22 insurance, that would suck! Especially since none of this is my fault!

Just make sure your lawyer is a traffic lawyer. They have a re pore with the judges where they get the ticket thrown out instead of reduced. You shouldn't have to go to the hearing if they are that good.
