Hello everyone, sorry for such a terrible first post. I made a rather large transaction/purchase from Orange Virus and received something that does not work so it appears I may have to sue them.
I see that I'm not the only one with negative experiences with this company, so I was wondering if anyone could private message me and provide me with any information you have on the company or company owner to make the law suit process easier. I'd rather not rehash all of the details but instead get my money back, the only information I have so far is in the picture below of the package he sent me. You'll probably see this cross posted in other automotive forums if you visit more than just this forum.

Moderators, if you could place this in the proper forum and one that will receive views from people that may be able to help, I would appreciate it.
