ok.. reading a story on a seattle news site... about a suspicous vehicle found with pipe bombs...
sadly in this day in age.. not all that unfamiliar... but what struck me was this line from the story
"...and he has an expired permit to carry the pipe bombs, KIRO 7 Eyewitness News reported."
now really... you can get a permit to carry pipe bombs??
