looks like its a work in progress, so even with the primered kit/car, and the factory alloys you can't call it rice, its probably the kid's only ride, and if he has nicer wheels they probably aren't on it due to the work he/she's doing to it

 

It still fits definition of RICE=race inspired cosmetic enhancement (the wheels are the only part that is tacky given the hope he has intentions for the paint)

 

I dunno... while I'm not a fan of that kit, the Civic has some potential.
Give it a chance.

The funny thing is I spotted it like 100 feet away and I couldn't tell what it was, but I knew it was gunna be bad.
