Sorry... But its still all about the M3... Only because i own one...
I wasn't the one that suggested the GTR problems to repair (duh, it's a full race car of course it would be a lot of work etc.). There is a 4-door M3 though, for some reason doesn't feel right, seems like it was meant to be a 2. And yes I have driven the IS-F.

I don't see any grounds where they would be illegal. Cars have been covered in chrome for years and there's nothing illegal about being shiny. The "chrome" is just a paint process. Expensive, but if you want that "really ostentatious" look...
