I dunno if that's the same one from the movie, but they put a VW engine in the back of a Skyline for Fast and Furious.
Actually, they mounted a Skyline body on what was essentially a tube frame dune buggy so they could do some of the more "interesting" stunts and drive away. Stock Skylines don't run well after being jumped.

the reason I could see it being illegal is due to how it could easily blind oncoming traffic, bumper to bumper chrome would be dangerous

Not really. How often are you blinded by any other curved shiiny surface? You'll only see the reflection of the sun from one point on the surface and the negative curvature of the surface will diffuse the sunlight. It'll be no worse than the glint of the sun when it reflects from a bumper or somesuch.

well im sure the chrome is illegal because they will think it would cause distraction such as underglow and color lamp lights.. thats why there banned from use while driving.

yea I'd take the m3 badges off, I actually kind of like the tails, they are very different from all the other tails I've seen, and I don't like the factory accord(ian) tails

I actually rather like that car. Get rid of the M3 vents and crap on the sides, but its a rather nice looking car.

after re-reading it it sounds like he had no original intention of keeping the M3 logos because the vents are actual bmw vents? either way it's still just a no no lol

I'm curious how much power it puts down though..depending on that it may be better just to try and find a used v6 accord and not have to deal with the headache the turbo may cause down the road
