well i dont think that its a super bad idea.. subaru japan has a different image than subaru america.. same way that toyota is different there then here. plus i think this sort of follows the line of the R1 keicar. toyota should have let subaru ad a bit of subie flare but i guess not.. just a rebadged toyota bb/daihatsu materia

please tell me you guys do know that toyota owns quite a few shares of Subaru.. its just like the whole Tahoe/Yukon or Suburban/Yukon XL thing.. and its not coming to the states so no need to worry..

i think that rings true for me too.. no matter if they brought this over to the states as a diahatsu/toyota/subaru/scion i like it.. the style of this car is so crazy that it will cause some head turning on the street..

Toyota owns the controlling stake in Subaru. As far as Subarus go, what's wrong with the Outback and Forester? They're great cars that are very popular where I live.
