fry cook at Checkers-$3?/minimum wage, whatever that was in '93-94

 

El Pollo Loco. $6.75 an hour. Don't get anything with shredded meat!!!

 

I worked at a Doughnut Shop.....I was incharge of punching out the holes in doughnuts....I could do several at one time..............

First real job was a bagboy at grocery store, then worked for staples for a month, then Mechanical Engineer at Land Rover :D got lucky on that

 

at albertsons.... minimum wage.... i quit cuz the pay wasnt enough for having to clean the dairy bow... EWWWWWW

now i start at in-n-out (for cali only cuz its family owned) for 9.50 and hour

 

My first job..cutting grass around the neighborhood..
Then at 15, I worked at a carwash...I would bring home around 100-150 bucks in tips on weekends plus my normal minimum wage

Then I played from job to job...McDonalds, Scholtzskys, James Coney Island
Igloo...yes the Ice Chests....I was an electrician for 5 years and now..I rest behind a desk for DHL

 

You forgot one thing...you make bacon.

 

I worked at Jack n the Box. I got a job there because my friend worked there. I was fired after about a month. They said I did not smile enough when at the register. wuteva!

 

I make Bacon like a man..NO SHIRT.....I dont consider that a job C....more of a Hobby

 

at 14 I made $1000 plus room and board working on a chicken farm for the summer in Arkansas. But not everyone is willing to travel.
I didn't eat Chicken for a few years but to have a grand at 14 was awesome.

Started out as a bagger at Food Lion when I was 16...stayed there until I graduated college. By that time I was quite abit higher on the totam pole. I hated that place though. All I can say though is, thank God for that college degree.

My first job was with L.A county in the parks and Rec. got paid 10 bucks an hour. Bomb job, did nothing but watch people play basketball all day

 

Na. We had them from when they hatched to just before they were to lay eggs or to be cooked. So from baby to pre-teen chickens... (that sounds odd)
I took care of 3 chicken houses that were the size of football fields each. The sucky part is when I had to weld something in the houses. It was almost 100 degrees and the chickens would peck you while you were working. But work was only a few house a day at most. The rest of the time we were shooting pop bottles rockets at each other or running stuff over with the tractor.

 

First job was at the mall, in the arcades. I was in charge of the mini-golf course, and some of the arcade stuff. $5.50/hr.

 

Burger King at 16 making 5.50 an hour, The king rules!! there is nothing like a custom made whopper hot of the broiler!!!
