What's really disturbing is that the court believes a "psychiatric institution" is a better place for him. I say, drag him out back, put a few rounds in his head, and call it a day. Don't waste taxpayer money on "rehabilitating" a sicko like this nut-job. Odds are, this weirdo will eventually find his way back out onto the streets and it's just a matter of time before his sick, twisted, sexual endeavours turn toward humans and he hurts a woman or child.
