heyitznosaj, I know how you feel. I've been taking sh*t like that from adults (not saying from scionlife) for a while and still going. Just do what you want to do. If people hate on you for that, let them be.

 

I'd definately agree with those who say to not let people put you down...

You got to start somewhere and, although I envy someone who's able to tune so young, I think with the right guidance, you'd be on your way to having a sweet ride and appreciating the hard work going into it....

I personally like the younger ones around... hopefully you can pick up some good info for the future.

wow, i am really just apalled by how you guys are just harassing the poor kid, he just wanted to state what mods he has nad what he plans on getting with his earned dough,
i am 17 and yes my folks bought me an xB, but i do well in school, pay for half the insurance, pay for anything I want to put on or do to the car out of my own pocket.
His age nor my age matter. We both work hard, and yes i understand that i am privelaged and he obviously understands that he is privelaged, i get that many people will never have a nice new car, but he and i have earned it and respect who the cars are and what they can and cant do
And one more thing, this kid is more mature than all you guys whining about how you had to pay for your cars, he has shown restraint and respectfulness for others, that most of you "hard workers" greatly lack, and i give him mad props for his intentions and efforts

 

im 18... a senior in highskool... and i pay for the payments on my 06 xB, insurance, gas, and mods when i can afford them... ALL ON MY OWN!

my parents are in bad financial troubles... my girlfriends dad is the one who cosigned my loan... i work 30 to 40 hours a week makin 8.25 an hour at dairy queen,,, i could be a manager if not fo rmy age... people just flame bc they are JEALOUS! h8torz

omg this thread is wierd.. good luck with the mods man.. and nice way to head start i wish i when i was 15 my parents could afford to get me a car.. i bought my first car at around 19-20 with my own money and i've worked since i was 16, the day i was 16 i got hired right away as a upgrades tech for comp usa, i didn't have much focus and lost most of my money in stupid things.. at least u have a car to focus and funnel ur money towards and not waste it on things u won't be able to use in the future. hmm i'm 22 so am i an adult yet? lol well turning 23 in a few months lol.

 

poison i hope that you are just joking because that is why so many people have no respect for the younger people on here. this kid is stating how he work's for his money. and trying to get people to under stand his point. and you just put him and all other younger people back on the no respect list. just because of how childish you are.

 

this kind of thread has been discussed many times. if i get the time to clean this up ill try to unlock it .

point being: as a younger person, he has worked to get many things and was fortunate enough to get a car from his parents at a young age. cry me a river if you folks didnt. there is no reason to hate on HIM because his parents wanted him to have a reliable car and trust him. i too am fortunate much like him but i dont give a damn frankly what you guys think about it. you're not his parents and never will be so you're posts are without saying, useless.

this thread is locked, and if i get time and can clean it up so some good info can be had, i will do it.
