anyone give me some tips about these? These are my first pics of actually trying to take nice pics and using a tripod.... so dont be TO harsh lol

Not bad. That set turned out a bit better than your usual "focus on random things" pictures. lol
Just keep practicing and know how to control the ISO, shutter speed, and other variables in different environments. Decent start though. Oh, and having access to Photoshop for fixing some things like exposure, color, and contrast helps too.
