DSLR Owners Unite! (56k? Are you kidding me?)
Ro Ja, you got my nomination for thread of the year. Excellent idea for a thread and a lot of you guys are amazing with your shots. I can only hope someone can teach me how to get off p-mode and really shoot. hahaha
I'd post some pics up to get opinions on what could have been done better but like a dufus, I formatted my hardrive by accident (laugh all you want but don't ask ok?) a few weeks back and it's at a third company trying to get recovered. bleh. Me FTL!!!!!

Thanks guys. The first 3 pix were from Oahu, taken with 18-135 kit lense w/ Moose's filter on my D40. Last pic was with the 18-200VR lense on same camera. All shots were done in the easy P-Mode.

I'm interested in kinda organizing a get-together in NorCal or SoCal (depending if I'm at school or not or maybe I'll have 2 different days) where people interested can bring their cameras and we can go somewhere and take pictures for the day. People can help each other with learning about their cameras and we can all have some fun. If anyone is interested or has ideas where to go, let me know.

^ x2. This thread owns. It was ___ at first, since it was Canon only, but you fixed that one up pretty quickly
.
I'd like to see more settings though. I can check the settings of almost everyones shots (Camera type, focal length, f-stop, shutter speed) on my Mac, but sometimes after pics get compressed then hosted again somewhere...some info is lost.

I completely forgot... been busy with school and crap.
I'll try and get something together soon, but if anyone else out there knows photoshop and simply vector work give it a shot. Just save it as a high quality JPG and I can get a sticker made out of it for around 5 dollars a piece
