DSLR Owners Unite! (56k? Are you kidding me?)
Hey, I just got My D90 and i've been messing around with it. Day time shot's i'm doing fine with, but at night and certain low light conditions i'm having trouble with the pictures coming out. I've experimented with the ISO and exposure, but to no avail...any advice for a DSLR N00B?
^^ welcome! what kind of low light problem are you having? blurry pic? underexposed pic? one tip to remember, if you are shooting at low light, but dont want to turn up the ISO, you can prolong the exposure, and open up your aperture to let more light in. down side with long exposure is, it tends to come out blurry if you dont put it on a tripod or dont hold it steady enough for the shutter to close... with turning up the ISO, the pic can have graininess on it. the way i do it, i just set my ISO from 200 - 800 on low light and then compensate it with longer exposure and its on tripod and have it on a timer. of course this will be on the M mode. play around with it and you'll get it in no time. post some pics too!

Bah all you complaining about vista. Windows 7 is almost the same as Vista so all those who are hyping about 7 being better and easier to use better switch to OSX
Anyways, I haven't had any problems with Vista so I guess I'm one of the few people who like it.
edit: Jon that's a nice shot haha
