This conversation is not like a air filter where you drop it in and go. There is a few things you have to do. From what I'm seeing you have done poor research on this mod kanepatterson. This is like turboing your car do a lot of research before you start buying parts.

To answer your question yes you can use the Auto harness but you have to bypass a few things. Im not to sure but you also have to bypass the wires for the fans. With the Auto ECU yeah you can use it but you also have to trick the immobilizer.
Best is to just get yourself the harness and ECU for your engine. Only hard part is finding the parts.
