dude, just file the claim through paypal. i would actually take it to another step than just claiming, but that's up to you.

still no contact. even after i filed the dispute. sent messages on here, and through paypal. this is so dumb.

It has been a couple days, did you get your money back? Why did you buy from him if you saw his -1 on the itrader?

i didnt even look at his itrader. i was so excited to finally find a TYC in the range i was looking to spend.

i received the tail light yesterday. it wasnt in the condition i was told it was in though. i had to do some cleaning up, but its fine. i just dont like the miscommunication on his part.

Glad it was settled. Please be more careful next time purchasing things, do not buy on impulse. I know you are young and excited but if you do not do your homework/research, you can't blame anyone but yourself. This lesson goes a long way in your future.. i.e. when you buy a house or bigger things.
