This is a custom 2007 Scion TC I started from scratch brand new and worked on it for 4 years, it has a custom paint job OCEAN THEMED created by Phantasy Kolors located in Washington. This has been a show car for 2 years and it has won many trophies, it is in GREAT SHAPE with 57,800 miles. Never had problems with the car. Here are the parts that are on it but some will be sold separately. I am Asking for 18,500 OBO. Shoot me prices and ILL THINK ABOUT IT! You have to remember the paint is very new and it was worth more than the car itself.

what exactly is a "Top Spoiler"? are you talking about the optional pedestal spoiler?
