Reading comprehension not your strongest suit eh?
TPMS comes as a standard feature on all 2006 and newer models. The only exception to this is the tC Spec models, which is watered down with "tuners" in mind. So, with that being said, if you have a 2007 tC that *IS NOT* a Spec version you have TPMS.
Most 2006 and ALL 2007 - Present use Direct TPMS. Direct TPMS has a pressure sensor that is physically installed in each wheel (in our case, the valve stem.) The 2005 and earlier 2006 models use Indirect TPMS. Indirect TPMS does not use pressure sensors, rather, it uses the ABS to monitor rotational speeds of the wheels to determine if a tire is low.
With that being said, if you acquire someone else's stock wheels, you will still need to have your TPMS receiver reprogrammed because the sensors were not the original ones that were issued with the car.
Hope this clarifys it a little better.
