I'd love to come but I work at 2 on that day... If you move the meet to 1pm and to Chinook Centre Upper Parkade (near Zellers) I could definitely stop by for a bit!

Local meets are always going on there and the Security is cool with it...

I should have inventory by end of next week, our new showroom is slated for Septermber. These are some exciting times. Our new facility in Royal oak is going to be great. I am hoping to have a '11 done with some new accessories ready for this meet.

 

What type of aftermarket do you expect to sell? Aero? Suspension?

 

I am currently working on setting up several distributors for now-TRD parts.
Would you like to post or PM with some ideas of what you would see to have easy access to? I am YOUR Scion rep, so don't be afraid to throw things out there. I will do my best to see they come to life.

We've actually held a meet there but it was shear luck that we found spots side by side as the lot filled up quick. But if the weather is decent in April, I might do it there. I generally don't change the meeting spot once the flyer is out as that's what gets distributed to new Scions around town that we spot.

But if you want to meet up on the fly, just shoot me a note here or on the FB page and a few of us can meet up one night.

 

A few shots of the Scion Display at the Auto Show. Was talkin to Richie, Heninger Scion Champion, and the TC and XB were among the most inquired. He's also got some great ideas for the showroom at Heninger as well.
The Prototype XD on site got alot of "wows!" in the short time I was there and I snapped a few shots of it.
They had the IQ blocked off so i was lucky to have sat in it earlier in the week. It's about what you think in terms of interior space. The floor all but disappears in the back when the front seat are all the way back. 4 tall adults would think it rather cramped but for the shorter set, would be just fine. I look forward to seeing how it fares in a Canadian winter.
Good showing overall but having at least 1 RS model at the show couldn't have hurt. That being said, I'm told that the RS8 XB will not be coming to any of the Canadian dealers, officially, which sucks as the Voodoo Blue is quite a head turner in the US from what i"ve seen.

What sort of modifications would you like to see on a TC, xB or xD? I will have one of each for both test drives as well as Local meets and events.

I don't beleive I will have an xB prepped for this weekend. Which 2011 model would you guys prefer to see this weekend? A Mag grey tC or a Red xD?

 

2900 kms 4 states, over 2.5 days and my XB has landed. Ended up having to do the drive alone as my buddy was stopped at customs :/.

Highlight of the trip was that I got upgraded to the L Suite at thehotel at Mandalay bay (2100sq ft) for free!

Car drives like a champion but it was kinda sad to show it, it's first snow hah
