Anyone know of a place where i can get an LED swap done in or around Arkansas? Thanks. I'm even willing to drive to a neighboring state if it can be done in a day. I just don't know much about them. I know that garage1217 (or whatever the name is) will do them via mail but doesn't that throw your odo off? Any info would be 'preciated thanks.

 

if you swap gauges... it will throw your odo off.

your odo reading is stored directly on the cluster.... the only way to have them done shipped out and not throwing your odo off.. is to not drive your car without your gauges in.

 

so will i loose warranty of anything if odo is off??? it would be nice to have an led swap i just don't know if it's worth it or not...and if i took it somewhere could it be done in a couple of hours (since it obvoiusly won't be driven while it's being done) and not throw the odo off?

 

warranty shouldn't really effect much on inaccuracies of your odo.

as long as car isn't moving while gauges are out.. it won't be off.

anyone with some soldering proficiency should be able to do the work easily and shouldn't take long once everything is taken apart. taking things out of the car itself is not difficult.

I dont know if you're still interested in the swap or if you already got it done, but I just read your message and I'm in north arkansas, Mountain Home to be exact, and I just got done doing mine and i'll do yours if you bring the led's; that is if you still need it.
