last time i was at camelback i was out in 15 minutes for an oil change.
when i had it aligned and the spolier checked out it was like 3 hours....sometimes you just cant do anything about it.

I lowered my box on goldlines and took it in for alignment and it was right on the money yet. As far as your tires go, if it is slightly out(which it probably isn't) the longer you go the more angled wear you will have. Getting it aligned now will prevent further angled wear, but your tires will not make your alignment go bad no matter how bad your tires are.

I kick Bryan just because it's fun to do. I wish it were for something as noble as correcting his behavior but... that would mean he is trainable.
As for 7 hours for yellow service and such... Bryan and I will talk to service.
Whenever anyone THINKS they have an issue with our dealership please get Bryan or myself involved. We want Camelback to be THE Scion dealership in the Valley and that has to include every facet of the customer's experience here.
>>>We now return you to your regularly scheduled posting<<<
(now, where's Bryan?)
I had my box aligned at Network Alignment over on Bethany Home and 67th a couple months backs. Well, I had to go to Right Toyota for a few things, just plastics being replaced and whatnot. Well, now my steering wheel isn't straight and it pulls to the left. They wouldn't even do anything about it because I didn't get my alignment done there. Like everyone else said, I don't like flaming on dealerships, but I have had nothing but really negative experiences there since I moved to this side of town. It took three tries to replace a cowl piece by the windshield, ALL DAY for an oilchange, I had to get a ride home and back just to wait for it, with an appointment. Anyway, enough about that. I took it to Camelback and they took care of it. I also had some small, well sorta small issue with my clutch being really soft. Mark literally kept making all this different people call Toyota and test drive my car and his and do what ever they could possibly do to fix the problem.
Hey Mark, I believe now that it just might be time for a TRD clutch; I have looked it up on the forum and people haven't had problems like mine since.
