Number one ranked DJ Paul Van Dyk will be at Ice on December 30th

and

Number two ranked DJ Tiesto (yeah he is finally ranked 2nd) will be at Orleans Arena on the 31st ringing in the New Year

also

Steve Lawler will be on the decks on the 1st at Ice.

Three huge days for all you dance/trance lovers.

I got tickets for both shows, and it's going to be awesome to see Tiesto ringing in the New Year. 6 hour set!!!!

I haven't heard of Earthbound...maybe you'll have to point me in the right direction to hear some of his/her/their stuff.

 

Vegas is cool for New Years I went last year but New York is hella better

I was supposed to go to NYC last year but *someone* ruined it 3 days beforehand by running to his ex Needles to say I got trashed that night....it sucked.


Id love to go to Vegas but I have to work this year. Maybe next.

I've seen Tiesto before, not impressed. Van Dyk on the other hand throws down. I saw him about four or five years ago. Tiesto I saw in the last year. Hopefully, based on the fact that it is a New Year's Eve set he'll bring it. For being the "#1 ranked DJ in the world" at that time, I was thuroughly unimpressed

i so want to go see tiesto but vegas is going to be crazy for new years. plus i dont get back from nj until the 30th so i doubt i would be able to get there in time. i saw him in august in LA and the show was amazing. probably one of the best if not the best show i have ever seen. he wasnt ranked #1 dj in the world 3 years in a row for nothing.

last year i went to LA for the giant village party and saw digweed and oakenfold. that show was pretty crazy too. not sure what i am doing this year yet. i do know i wont be going to see any djs like that because my girlfriend isnt into house/trance music.

Yeah well this year he finally lost it to the guy who's performing the night before...PVD (Paul Van Dyk.) PVD finally deserves it.

You got to see Digweed...awesome! I've seen Oakenfold and it really was boring...he is so short too.

I can't wait for New Years...I believe I deserve to go to Vegas and see both DJ's cause of my time in Afghanistan and what not.

 

I have wanted to see Digweed ever since I saw Groove back in 2000 when it came out and I finally got to see him last year. Digweed is awesome and he was the only reason i wanted to go last year but to tell you the truth i listened to oakenfold more that night because he made me want to dance. Digweed is more of a sit and chill and listen to type of music. I was going back and forth between stages to see both though. i have seen oakenfold 5 or 6 times now and i loved every single show he has put on. he knows how to work the crowd and get you dancing.

tiesto put on the best show altogether... music, lights, and performers. the whole show was just amazing. i havent seen PVD yet but i might go seem him this new years. he is playing the together as one show in LA this year. him and judge jules are headlining i think.

There are big DJ's in LA all the time and once in a while we get them here in SD. Like I said above PVD and Judge Jules are playing NYE in LA. Also, Jonathan Peters is going to be in LA next friday. I will definitely keep you posted though.
