comedykills - thanks for the offer bud but I just signed up a guy in Texas to help me test. if he bails, I'll let you know. also - i picked up a set of projectors for the xB off eBay and compared the beam patterns - these are SO much better.

mwuf15 - I like to call them mobilehid projectors.

nebster- cool man.

Here's a video of the projectors firing up - they look green for some reason but in person the bulbs were an 8k and a 4300k.

sorry man, none have been made. the retrofit kit would have been just projector housings, an HID conversion kit and the necessary wires to get everything working properly.

projectors can be had on eBay now for close to $50 and all you'd need is an H3 kit to make it truly work. this is probably the better solution - just paint the ebay projector kit, open up your headlight housings and incorporate the projectors into your xA housings.

Cool man. The R1 install was pretty cool - I couldn't believe how razor sharp the cutoff was when we turned it on.
