Thank you everyone for your comments & concerns. I will get this handled one way or another. DAVE I don't know if I will post any pictures or not, it looks pretty ugly at this point.

Quote: One of the Evo guys did this when King Pin Performance destroyed his car. He put vinyl on his back and side windows that said "King Pin F&$%#@ up my car. Ask me how."

Kingpin is TRASH. They ruined my boy's STi.

Ron, that sucks about the car man. I hope you can get this taken care of! I'm down for starting a car wash thing to help out Ron!

Do you have any witnesses whatsoever the will attest to this work being done? In the state of Arizona, as long as both parties are above the age of 18, an oral agreement is still a legally binding contract.

Unfortunately is doesn't work that with sponsorships, so there is no binding contract.

Still....but you'd think that you can still ask for compensation of some kind, or return your car to you in the same condition in which you gave it to them....

Otherwise, it almost sounds like vandalism.

damn.. i feel really sorry about all this, but this is the number one reason i stay away from sponsors.. well second reason, the first is because i hate stickers

but honestly.. i am sure that your club can arrange something in which you can organize enough money to paint the car at maaco or something, or something so that it can be on the road lookin good once again
