Thank you for taking the time outof your busy day to respond to our concerns in a professional and timely manner as you did. I think this allows for most of our concerns and suggestions to be answered and heard.

Two thumbs up

Thank you for your time and addressing the issues and concerns, I am very happy to see that decisions have been made swiftly, I suspect that your take on the event was near the same as most.

I agree with the change in venue, it will allow you to have access to a professionally run facility, resources and staff, with that off your plate you can concentrate on the event itself. There will always be misses and not so favorable results, how that information and the corrective action taken speak volumes to your commitment to the event and the people who support you and us.

With that said I am happy with the measures being taken to insure that past history is not revisited anytime soon, you have continued to earn my support and business. I look forward to future events,

Thank you for taking the time for your response Rey, I think you addressed everyones concerns very nicely. With the changes that you mentioned I hope that we are able to get a good turnout of SCION's at your next event.

--- We charge $25 to enter your vehicle in the car show, most other shows such as HIN, NOPI, etc charge $50 or $55 to enter your car and can justify throwing in a free passenger pass. Your total cost with one of those shows is actually $7 more expensive than entering your vehicle in our shows.... Please advise what would be the best alternative so that everyone is happy? Should we raise our entry fee to $50 and give 1 guest free? Or should we still keep them seperate and save you $7? We will switch this to accomodate whichever is preferred.

7) Awards Schedule - I'm open to suggestions on this one. I would like to get the show awards out as early as possible, however once participants receive their awards they usually try/do leave early.... Leaving us with upset sponsors, this includes your sponsors that help organize this event with you.... because now spectators have no reason to walk by their booths.... All national shows have their awards ceremony at the end of the shows...... Please send your suggestions to me directly @ rey.martinez@after9events.com.
i will respond to these 2 only. last time i was at HIN the entry fee was $40 so i guess $43 really isnt that bad. but try to make it clear next time that passengers are not included in the entry fee. since most shows do include a passneger then i think most people will think this is the way all shows are. so just make it clear up front that it is not this way.

the award schedule wouldnt have been an issue if we were told upfront that the awards would be at the end. we were told that the trophies would be given out at 1:30. so once again give clear information on things like this beforehand so people know what they are getting into. when people expect to get trophies at a certain time they expect them then... especially when its 1:30am and people are getting tired. when people are tired they get cranky. haha

anyway, thanks for putting on the event... i just hope the next one will be better and all information should be made clear up front.
