im just glad you're ok man, Miami wouldnt have been the same without you! i think a total loss is actually better, now you can start over and dont have to worry about driving a bruised car.

I think it is always better for the insurance to total out a vehicle. Vehicles just are not the same after an accident. I don't care what someone else says, they are never the same.

I am just glad you are okay son.

So I am on my way home yesterday when i got to switch lanes and a HONDA F**C**G pulls out into my lane with no turn signal or any warning, and cuts me off. In an attempt to avoid an accident i pull my steering wheel to the left which forces me into the HOV(carpool) lane. Well in doing so my tires lost grip of the road and my car started swerving! i tried to control it for as long as i could which was good cause everyone slowed down. I lost control of the tC and ended up smacking the center jersey wall with my drivers side front end wich let to the car turning and scraping the rest of the front then scraping the rear drivers side. the car to me looks totaled! the lady from progressive spoke with me and said until they get it in there shop and lift it to see underneath that car they cant call it a total just yet. Sorry i left my Digi cam @ home. I will post them later!
Sorry to hear that your car is a loss, I kind of figured it would be when I first saw it. The drivers front tire wasn't sitting quite at that same angle on when it came to a stop on the 51. I didn't see the accident but I was there just a few seconds after. I was in the tC that parked in front of you hauling the two docs(well, docs in 6 months anyway). Good thing you've got that gap insurance. Take care.

I feel you on the total loss. i got the same car in the same color so people wouldn't know it was my second. haha. only thing was depreciation sucked for me cuz i had to pocket another 800 for 1 mth of having the first one. at least you don't have to wait a mth for a new one like when they first came out.
