What did you do to get Randy to do that for you? Pay him off or something???? I send him an e-mail to get work done and it takes him three weeks to get back to me.

Just a small note to everyone out there. Good Luck getting Randy to reply to your e-mails. I feel as though I have been more then patient with him and now, I am sick of people putting up posts on here thanking him for his work. So, I thought I would share my experience with the infamous Randode!

I have sent Randy multiple emails asking about short shifters, Cool Cathode lighting, vinyl work, etc. and it takes him on average two weeks to reply to my email. I am not asking for much, just the same courtesy you have shown Dagarhart, Crispyxb, PHXLOCO and many others. If I have offended you in some way, then I apologize, but this crap you are pulling is not cool of any businessman!!!!!

Randy, sorry, but you brought this on yourself. Maybe if you would have replied to me sooner, it wouldn't have gone this way. I know I am not the only one in this community that feels this way, but I might be the only one to say it!!!

That is why BiggJ, RJ and Jeremy (Garage1217) are the only ones I will have work on my car. I tried to give Randy my business and I guess he is just so rich he doesn't need the money. No Limitz Inc will reply to you the same day and treat you like a customer!!!!!!!!!

No, no!!!! No here we go. This has been eating at me for the last three months of trying to deal with Randy and I just wanted both sides to get out there. I will not go back and forth with him trying to justify my reasoning for the post. I just wanted to tell everyone my experience with him, since all you hear is the positive, thought some people might want to know what it is really like to deal with Randode.

 

Some of it is because he's been busy getting that troll back together. I just did the work on my car by myself. I'm sure it's not done as professionally as he would have done it but the end product looks just as good.

 

Damn, man mellow out, you know hes got a car too he wants to enter and everyone is waiting till the last minute to get things done for HIN. Dont start throw negative threads about people that help the scion community, its not a cool thing to do.

Now, Ive never met Randy myself, I havent had any work done by him, but common sense and mere human compasion is obviously at disreguard here. Im sure hes probably swamped with people, I do know he has had to turn people away just to ry and get his Box in rolling form for HIN. If you need work done just go somewhere else and dont bash someone.....karma is a B****.

 

And leave the thread jacking to Boomster!!

Hey, he is trying to get his car done for HIN. Also, he is slammed with customer orders and installs. If you take your business somewhere else, than good for you. I don't think you need to bash him on a public forum because he is too busy to help you right now. Maybe you should have just waited till HIN and say this to his face, you can't miss him, he will be the one carrying the Trophy

 

I find it rather funny you can actually find the courage to tell someone you have no clue who they are, that youve never even met they have no idea what they are talking about....no wonder Randy wouldnt do work for you.....Ill leave it at that....catch a clue.

 

I will vouch for koolaid... he is a laid back cool dood. Helps out and is just a good guy all around. Now if somone ignores emails for 3 MONTHS like his claim, I would be ticked as well. If the statement of 3 months of hit or miss emails is true which it probably is then... dang. I would post a rant as well and would expect someone to do the same to me.

If someone has a complaint, I have noticed on this forum... everyone jumps on the excuse bandwagon and usually sticks up for the company even if they do not know the company. Have an open mind... if you were ignored for that long, how would you feel when your trying to get your car done and ready for shows. Now I am NOT on anyones side as I have emailed Randode and got a responce in a decent time and have no complaints. And that is as of recent. At the same token months ago I tried to email him around 2-3 times and never got a responce ever. mabey just a fluke

Anyways, take peoples rants for what they are guys, they are rants of frustration. You cannot possibly understand how a person feels if you are not the one that is ticked off.

And last, guys... do not resort the the name calling / cutting down crap, does no one good and you never know who your talking about just like this situation. Just like in another post in D&S, Koolaid was just at the meet we had... He was a helper and did not even have a project of his own that I recall. Just running around doing all he could for everyone elses car that was there. That speaks volumes for him.

Now randode, TONS of POS feedback and that must be for a reason also. Mabey this case he just overlooked his emails. Mabey he had a bad accident with snorting koolaid when he was a kid... who knows...

Stay cool guys..... Were all in this scion thing together.

 

I am locking this thread since it got COMPLETELY off topic. Kyle I know you and think you're an awesome guy, you are certainly entitled to your opinion on how you think you were handled by Randy and feel free to voice that opinion, but please do not jack someone elses thread to do it in.

If you would like to create your own thread explaining that cool but I dont like seeing a thread from a member started on one topic yet 80% or more has of the conversation has been moved to another topic. It is my job to stay neutral with everyone and especially with both you Kyle and you Randy as my friends I am in no way choosing sides on this situation. So Kyle again, if you would like to start this conversation over again and get feedback from people and make it a discussion thats fine, just please make it on your own thread.

Chris will you please start a new thread thanking Randy like you originally started so you can keep your appreciation noticed and going. And for god sakes man post some pics so we dont have to wait till HIN to see it.
