Roswell is just on the other side of the mountains so it's not techinically IN the mountains but VERY close. And, yes, the mosquitos are plentiful with this amazing amount of rain we've been having. After last week's football game in Cruces, I counted 32 mosquito bites. I did have my body painted too though. They usually are only bad during the evening. They are here, so remember to bring some repellant for the kids and you.

hahahaha...It's so hard to get away from the Alien thing. I ordered a pair of shoes from Adidas. When I gave them the zip code and Roswell popped up, the lady went nuts and asked me every single question about aliens that she could come up with. I told her it was a Class 1 Confidential Incident and we weren't allowed to talk about it. Boy, did she squeal with excitement!

No! There are no mosquitos in Roswell. The good people of Roswell worked out a deal with the little green men.
