Any body have any mod-related issues when getting their echeck in OH? (its only required in some counties)

I've got an intake/exhaust setup on my xb, but don't really foresee a problem there. I'm more concerned with my modded headlights. Do they check the cosmetic type stuff too?

as far as i know they dont, i really dont see why unless it deals with emissions. i had aftermarket headlights on my old car and they said nothing
