And even if you get a note for the medical exemption, you will get tint tickets when parked, and going to court all the time sucks.

as such, many doctors aren't giving these out freely anymore

watch out if u come to central il/springfield area with that. because cops are now taking those and ripping them up and dont believe any of them. a buddy of mine had just had the laser surgery for his eyes and had that (even laminated)from the doctor and he took it from him and still ticketed him

tint is a gamble...... when your number comes up it comes up. It is the chance you take. you knew it was illegal when you got them done. The tint shop prolly had signs postes " It is illegal to have driver side and pass side tinted" and you still did it, man up and take your tickets. some people never get pulled over and some get nailed in every town. Luck of the draw.
