I believe the higher the number the more "comfier" the ride will be.
From what I understand, the higher you go the responsiveness of your steering wheel to wheels is lessened, your speedometer will be thrown off a little bit, along with the chance of causing issues with your alignment.

TRDs gives you lowered life while being stockish too....
I have struts also which means I'm a tad bit lowered than just TRDs. Also, I have the lip kit.
Last Winter, I only got stuck ONCE; that's when I was turning onto my street and got caught in a snow drift pile. I even commute 36 miles one way during our snow storms; never got stuck to/from work in IL or being in the Kenosha area.

I don't have a problem with my TRD's. this will be my first winter with them though.
Stockies with snow tires gotta go back on soon. I gotta say that the snow tires actually made some now driving fun for me. I was downright scared with the original tires.
I love my car and all, but I feel im kinda finished with working on it. Besides for maintenance, I gotta focus my money on the important things.
stupid life.

I too have TRD springs and struts, I've gotten stuck in about 5in of snow last yr on stockies. I could imagine how much lower then that you would be suck in snow alot. So if you use your car year round and not store it away, get TRDs or even maybe H-techs you might be OK.
But like nick said coils are more for looks then performance, if you want performance get springs also another plus is that springs are a better ride then coils.

This is the mo fo ive seen, if you park on the same road near juneau and prospect...well done tC's. I go to MSOE and live in the dorms. one of a few tCs ive seen that I actualy really like. I love the cleaness of the car. Not to many people pull it off, they just throw anything on their car (Just get some tint, and a shorty anntena and youll be all set, and im really diggin the two pairs of rims)
as long as im posting, ill share some of my latest pics

Nice intercooler! How long have you had the setup and would you say someone else can pull it off in WI as a daily driver w/o spending and arm and a leg keeping it running? Worth it overall for $$?
