If your comin from other islands you dont have to worry about it. Its only for those of us who live on islands with more than 550,000 people (why they dont just say oahu only, i dont know) I think it will be entertaining thought to see cops pull people over for recon violations and ask for lisc and registration and go red that they cant get you for anything Lol

 

What do u mean by your basics were too stiff? and if I get s-techs then its ok? I thought it only matters how low your car is?

 

you need "adequate suspension travel" just how much depends on who tests your car. the first guy thought they were too stiff, while the other guy thought they were good enough to pass.

i wouldn't worry about your s-techs though, the basics spring rate is double that of the s-techs. there are people who passed with s-techs so don't worry about it :D
