Default Anyone else had trouble with ScionSport.com?

About a month ago I ordered 3 items for my XB from ScionSport.com. A Carbon Fiber rear spoiler, some TYC tail lights, and a rear bumper applique. The items arrived in a timely manner. I was happy with the tail lights and the bumper applique, however, the spoiler came with nothing. The web site advertised instructions included. I got just the spoiler, no instuctions or hardware. I e-mailed several times with no response. And, on the web site, in the "shipping and returns" area, there are no return instructions! I am very disappointed and am wondering if anyone else has had trouble with this company.

Patrick I have used them. If you get the phone number and call you will get a faster response from them.I went through this with the wiring for my mirrors.

Hi there, I saw this thread and thought I'd chime in. ScionSport is located a few miles away from my work and there's usually only one person working there at any given time. Definitely try calling them (hopefully they have an 800 number) and ask for George who is the owner. Good luck, hopefully he helps you out.

I've left George a couple of voice mails as well. Calling was my first plan of action.

If in fact that is his real name...

I'm surprised he hasn't picked up the phone at some point. A buddy of mine recently called ScionSport and George was the one who answered the phone. Well, good luck and hopefully he can make things right for you.

I FINALLY got a call from George( after leaving. yet another voice mail ) He did send a detailed e-mail on returning the spoiler, which buy the way on the web site desciption has magically changed to " No instuctions included " He is going to make things right, but I will not do business with him again. Thanx for ya'lls 2 cents worth!
