I got the PM... sweet.

Im not really a fan of the emanage in anyway shape or form. From the reviews, feedback that i have gotten is nothing really that a SAFC cant do, but i understand that the tC cant use the SAFC. I would just save up for the Haltech. There are other options other than the Haltech thought, there is the MegaSquirt, Microtech, Wolf 3D, Autotronic, and Power FC. Maybe AEM althought i honestly hate the AEM's

Not to mention AEM is way overpriced. I just dont think the tC is in need of a stand alone unit. and the eManage seems to be working alright.
But back to the origional thread reasoning, I agree, you should talk to ideapimp about JoTech, and I honestly would say that you should go with a Turbo setup.. lol, they make better power, and get MUCH better fuel economy, we will just see if I can squeeze some more power out to the S/C before I go turbo, or to a different car... lol

Highlander your cool with me. Just said what I said cause I was expecting you to give me a piece of your mind. Plus it wouldn't be scionlife without drama.

I gave up the tC for that very reason: cost of modding. xA and xB don't have to worry about the engine. I can't afford the performace mods anymore since I am in college.

Yeah Scion X highlander know his s@#t pm him.

Welcome to SL and please disregard these guys whatever they said. This is all about you getting your tC. I know this topic has been sliced and diced.

IMO...try to come out to any shows when you have time and just to see the rides and get some ideas. As for clubs, that can wait....been in SL for awhile now and let me brag also, I have the oldest and slowest xB in DFW and I'm no club-affiliated but I still hang out with these guys.

Can't wait to meet you and see your tC. 1NZ out!

P.S.
Let's not take this off-topic again or else.......

dude your plan for your tC looks sweet! IMO can't go wrong with a kaminari kit. if i was going that route i would so be there with one!
im not planning on that route but i would still get one anyway!
coilovers are pretty sweet and rim hookups are just about everywhere if ya look hard enough.

LOL... man the drama.. Gotta love it if you want to stay in this type of lifestyle.. thank for all the good info and and few laughs.. I know about JoTaech being a little pricy, and plan on looking around a bit for good install shops, just help me out when i need it... I really hope to see some of you guys soon.. I see a few tC's around the area and i just got the tC itch again, and decided to bite.. I have everthing on this car as in warrenty, with GAP insurance.. I will let you guys/gals know as soon as i have any upgrades.. the fist will be the taillights.. I havent gotten down deep into understanding where everything bolts up so i can do most of the install stuff myself..
thanks for all the info and your help..

Later...
